FIRST FULL PROOF BREKKIE
Whizz up half an avocado and half a banana with warm milk in a nutribullet and tadah!
CHAI SEED BREAKFAST PUDDING
Blitz ideally in a nutribullet (it complete pulverizes!)
Chai seeds, a few almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, half a banana, coconut and milk (breast, formula or a nut milk).
Leave in the fridge to set and you then have a melt in the mouth breakfast packed full of protein and fat.
PIMPED UP OATS (Suitable from month 5)
Blitz organic or jumbo oats in a nutribullet until fine, add a teaspoon of blitzed (also until fine) nuts and seeds (sunflower and pumpkin) and then soak over night in milk (breast, formula or nut) stored in the fridge.
I like to get one step ahead and blitz my oats for the week and keep aside in a container. I do the same with a combination of almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and keep in the fridge to dip into for protein hits later for meals.
The following morning you can heat through and then blend with more milk and to flavour to your porridge, either a banana with cinnamon, berries or fresh coconut.
