My Story

I’ve been teaching my The Sleeping Baby Routine for over 20 years, helping thousands of families achieve a full night’s sleep by focusing on digestion and a baby’s individual needs.

I first began my career in childcare as a professional nanny. I knew from an early age I had strong maternal instinct and would have a career surrounded by babies and children.

I started working as a maternity nurse in the mid 90’s in Australia, troubleshooting infant and toddler sleep issues and focusing on newborn digestion. For the first 5 years I specialised in twin routine which started the development of The 7pm to 7am Sleeping Baby Routine.

My method encourages a full night’s sleep holistically, with the results achieved naturally by meeting your baby’s daily needs as part of a structured day routin, and not by sleep training.

With 28 years’ experience, working with thousands of babies and children, my passion has led me to become a successful infant sleep, routine, digestion, reflux, and breast feeding expert. This has then allowed me to help parents get a confident start on their parenting journey and also help fix those sleep or routine issues so many parents may come across a little later down the line.

The 7pm to 7am Sleeping Baby Routine babies sleep through the night naturally, and at their own pace, as early as six weeks old.

My consultancy options offer help with a variety of child and parenting obstacles such as feeding, digestion issues, lactation, self settling, weaning, toddler behaviour and direction, potty training, moving on from co sleeping, or establishing routine at an older age.

The Sleeping Baby Routine approach is not for everyone but neither are sleepless nights!
